Pawn In Store Process
Visit us at the historic Clark Building in Downtown Pittsburgh.
Bring the item you’d like to loan against, along with any valuations or certificates, to help our experts provide an accurate appraisal.
Once in the store, our experts will do a thorough valuation, taking all variables into account to determine the market value of your item.
Based on this market value, we calculate the best possible quotation for your loan amount.
We will give you an obligation-free loan quotation based on the value of your item.
You decide if you’d like to proceed.
Should you accept the quote in writing, you will receive immediate payment via cash, check, or wire transfer.
Your valuables remain safely secured in our insured vault for the duration of your loan — protected and untouched.
Repay the loan, with interest, as per the agreed terms — or earlier if you choose — to reclaim your item in full.

Sell In-Store Process
Visit us at our Pittsburgh location.
When selling gemstones, we advise that you make an appointment.
For any other item, no appointment is required, and you are welcome to just walk in, although you may also schedule an appointment if you prefer.
Bring the item you’d like to sell, accompanied by any valuations or certificates, with you. This will help our experts provide an accurate valuation.
Once in the store, our experts will do a thorough valuation, taking all variables into account to determine the market value of your item.
Based on this market value, we calculate the best possible offer for you item.
You will receive an obligation-free offer based on the valuation.
You can accept the offer in full or in part if you only want to sell some of the items we made an offer on.
Upon accepting the offer, you will receive immediate payment. You may choose cash, check, or wire transfer.

Pawn Online Process
Start by filling out the pawn loan form on our website.
Once you submit the form, our jewelry experts will review your request and contact you with a preliminary quote, mostly within 24 hours.
After initial contact, should you decide to go ahead with a formal valuation, we will provide you with an insured prepaid shipping label. We aim to remove as much risk as possible.
Your item/s will be delivered to our headquarters for expert valuation.
You will receive a formal loan quotation.
We will send you an obligation-free loan quotation based on the value of your item.
You may then decide if you’d like to proceed.
Should you accept the quote in writing, you will receive immediate payment via check or wire transfer.
Should you decide not to take the loan, the items will be shipped back to you through your courier of choice. Cost for the return shipping will be for the client’s account.

Should you decide not to sell the items, or to sell only some of the items, what you have not sold will be shipped back to you through your courier of choice. The cost for the return shipping will borne by the client
