Expert Evaluation

Once in store, our experts will do a thorough evaluation, taking all variables into account to determine the value of the item and calculate the possible loan amount together with the repayment loan terms.

Receive Money

After expert evaluation, you will receive an official offer followed by an immediate payment via check or wire transfer should you accept. If you are dissatisfied with the offer, the item will be returned to you. There is therefore no risk to you.

Option 2: Online / Mail In

To obtain a jewelry loan, start by filling out the corresponding basic form on our website. Once you submit the form, our jewelry experts will review your request and contact you with an initial quote, mostly within 24 hours.

Ship the Item

Once you submit the form, we will provide you with an insured prepaid shipping label to securely deliver your items to our headquarters for expert evaluation. We aim to remove as much risk as possible.

Receive Money

Once evaluated, you will receive an official offer followed by an immediate payment via check or wire transfer towards your applied loan for jewelry. If you are dissatisfied with the offer, the item will be returned to you.
